Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
