Avocado and Black Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
